Personal training

Manage private sessions from booking to trainer settlement.

Let the club define the offer, instructors publish available appointments and members request a time. Keep session payments and the trainer’s recorded entitlement distinct.

The operational challenge

A private session has its own commercial workflow.

A coach may offer a time while reception handles the customer’s payment. Without a clear process, the club has to reconstruct the agreed price, delivered session and amount owed to the trainer.

Klunivo connects the club-defined offer with appointment availability and member requests. Payments go to the club; trainer entitlements are recorded for the club to settle.

How Klunivo works

From setup to everyday use.

Shared records let colleagues continue the process without copying the same information.

  1. 01

    Define the service

The club establishes the offer, price and trainer settlement rules.

  2. 02

    Offer or request a time

An instructor publishes an appointment or a member sends a request.

  3. 03

    Confirm and deliver

Keep the agreed session and payment in the participant’s context.

  4. 04

    Settle with the trainer

Review the recorded entitlement and complete payment through the club’s own process.

Personal training: how it works

01

Offer a slot or respond to a member’s request

The club defines the individual-training offer, including a base price, duration and the rules available to coaches. Where administration allows it, a coach can publish an individual available slot for a member to select.

A member can also choose a coach and request a preferred time range. The coach responds with a specific time and price. Any price adjustment is subject to the club’s configuration and permitted range.

02

Separate the customer payment from the trainer’s settlement

The member pays through the club’s configured payment process. In the current Stripe model, the payment goes to the club and Stripe charges its processing fee. Klunivo does not automatically split the payment between club and trainer.

Trainer amounts can be calculated as a fixed amount or percentage. The current percentage calculation uses the gross service amount. For an illustrative PLN 200 session with a 70% trainer share, the recorded trainer amount is PLN 140 and the club share before the provider’s fee is PLN 60. This is an example of the calculation, not a suggested service price.

03

Record the payout after the club makes it

Klunivo calculates and records the trainer’s amount and settlement status. The club makes the actual payout outside Klunivo and can then mark the settlement as paid. There is currently no automatic trainer payout.

This distinction lets the owner review the customer’s service price, the trainer’s amount and the club’s share without assuming that a recorded liability means money has already moved. Individual training stays available in the coach’s workspace alongside their classes, groups and progression work.
