Offer a slot or respond to a member’s request
The club defines the individual-training offer, including a base price, duration and the rules available to coaches. Where administration allows it, a coach can publish an individual available slot for a member to select.
A member can also choose a coach and request a preferred time range. The coach responds with a specific time and price. Any price adjustment is subject to the club’s configuration and permitted range.
Separate the customer payment from the trainer’s settlement
The member pays through the club’s configured payment process. In the current Stripe model, the payment goes to the club and Stripe charges its processing fee. Klunivo does not automatically split the payment between club and trainer.
Trainer amounts can be calculated as a fixed amount or percentage. The current percentage calculation uses the gross service amount. For an illustrative PLN 200 session with a 70% trainer share, the recorded trainer amount is PLN 140 and the club share before the provider’s fee is PLN 60. This is an example of the calculation, not a suggested service price.
Record the payout after the club makes it
Klunivo calculates and records the trainer’s amount and settlement status. The club makes the actual payout outside Klunivo and can then mark the settlement as paid. There is currently no automatic trainer payout.
This distinction lets the owner review the customer’s service price, the trainer’s amount and the club’s share without assuming that a recorded liability means money has already moved. Individual training stays available in the coach’s workspace alongside their classes, groups and progression work.
