Bring acquisition, regular training and member return together with PUO — acquire, retain and win back members.

Built for recurring groups

For clubs where classes bring a coach and a community together.

Klunivo is designed for small and medium organisations running regular classes. It can support a small club or a school with hundreds of participants when its daily work centres on groups, schedules and memberships.

01

BJJ and martial arts

Beginners, advanced athletes, children’s programmes, trials, attendance and configurable progression.

02

Dance schools

Seasonal enrolment, age groups, instructors, studios and communication with families.

03

Children’s activities

Guardian relationships, siblings in different groups, fees, documents, camps and events.

Klunivo focuses on organised group activities and member relationships. It is not currently a complete POS system for commercial gyms and does not replace a fiscal register or in-person retail infrastructure.

Everyday operations

Find the answer and get on with the work.

Give the team a shared view of current club activity so the next action can start with the right information.

Connected member records

Know who belongs to the club.

Adults, children, guardians, groups and active memberships stay connected to the participant.

A schedule with capacity

Show the places that are available.

Classes have rooms, instructors and limits. Members can check the time and make an eligible booking themselves.

Attendance with context

Record the visit where it happens.

Reception and instructors work with session lists, with a configured check-in kiosk available to support arrivals.

Scheduling and bookings

A class schedule your whole team can work with.

Build a recurring timetable around your rooms and instructors. Staff and members see the same current schedule, so a change does not have to be copied into several calendars.

  • recurring class schedules
  • locations, rooms and instructors
  • class capacity and member bookings

Memberships and access

Know which membership gives access to which class.

Connect each membership to its audience, access period and entry rules. Staff can check a member’s current access while handling their booking, without consulting a separate price list.

  • memberships for adults and children
  • limited-entry passes or open access
  • current status and validity dates

Role-specific views

One club. The right view for every role.

Administrators follow club activity and exceptions. Members find their classes, passes and training history. Each person uses a view designed for their responsibilities, with the same underlying records.

  • a dedicated member and parent portal
  • separate front-desk and instructor views
  • an operational dashboard for administrators

Your club website and Klunivo

Connect your existing site or commission a club website.

A basic website typically includes six to eight pages, the club’s own domain and preparation for supported public Klunivo data. Schedules, instructors, events and enquiry forms can support recruitment without repeated manual updates.

  • website and technical maintenance for €29/month in Europe outside Poland
  • club-provided content and photographs, or materials prepared together
  • larger projects, migrations and later changes quoted individually

Access for the task at hand

One platform. Different ways to work.

Each role uses the club’s shared records through a view suited to its responsibilities.

Owners and administrators

Club structure, the offer, finances, analytics and signals that need attention.

Front desk

Members, bookings, enquiries, attendance and on-site support.

Instructors

The calendar, groups, class lists, trials and enabled progression.

Members and parents

Classes, bookings, memberships, documents and children’s activity from one account.

Getting started

A basic club setup can be ready in around 30 minutes.

Prepare the core structure: club information, a location, rooms, groups, instructors, the recurring timetable and your offer. More involved requirements can be introduced in agreed stages.

01

Start with the working core

The team can begin with essential workflows and add the agreed exceptions and additional processes as setup progresses.

02

Arrange preparation in advance

We can prepare the agreed club structure during implementation so owners, reception and coaches start with a configured account.

03

Scope migration separately

Moving from another CRM depends on the format, quality and scope of your data. Agree mapping, verification and the quote before import.

Data and responsibility

Give people the access their work requires.

Klunivo is cloud-based, uses backups and separates club organisations and staff roles. Administrators manage the participant record lifecycle and the access used for daily operations.

Storage, deletion and responsibilities for personal information are agreed before the club’s production launch. These operational features do not replace your organisation’s own data-protection obligations.

01

Separate club data

Each organisation works in its own context without access to another club’s records.

02

Individual roles

Administrators, front desk, instructors and members use views adapted to their tasks.

03

Archive or anonymise

Administrators can distinguish a member becoming inactive from a request to remove identifying information.

Frequently asked questions

Is Klunivo right for your club?

Answers about product scope, staff and member access, and features that depend on configuration.

Which organisations is Klunivo designed for?

Klunivo supports clubs, schools and academies running recurring group activities, with members, instructors, locations, rooms and class capacity.

Do members and parents have their own access?

Yes. Members can use their own view for the calendar, bookings, memberships and documents. A parent can manage several children from one account.

Does Klunivo support online payments?

Online purchases, subscriptions, payments and refunds require the relevant features to be enabled and Stripe Connect to be configured for the club.

How much does Klunivo cost?

The subscription for Europe outside Poland starts at €59 per month for up to 25 active participants. Every tier includes all features, and new clubs receive a 30-day free trial.

Do instructors and reception use the administrator’s dashboard?

They have separate views for their daily tasks, using the same underlying club information.

How long does setup take?

A basic club structure can be prepared in around 30 minutes. Data migration, bespoke integrations and more extensive configuration are separately scoped after review.

How is access to participant information organised?

The platform uses individual accounts and role-specific views. Club data is logically separated, backups are made, and administrators can archive or anonymise participant records.

Is Klunivo a complete system for a commercial gym?

The main focus is organised group classes and memberships. Klunivo is not currently a complete POS or fiscal-register replacement for a large commercial gym.

Can Klunivo also prepare our website?

Yes. A basic website typically covers six to eight pages, your own domain and preparation for supported Klunivo public data. The website subscription is €29/month in Europe outside Poland, separate from CRM; larger projects and migrations are quoted separately.
