Klunivo helps swimming schools connect lesson groups, instructors, pool locations, family accounts and payments. The swimmer remains the participant, while the appropriate guardian handles administration from a connected account.
Organise the school around levels and lessons
Create groups that reflect the way the school teaches, then connect them with recurring sessions, locations, instructors and capacity. A dated lesson provides the context for bookings and attendance, while an individual exception can be handled without rebuilding the entire regular plan.
The school decides its level structure and teaching arrangements. Software helps represent those decisions consistently; it does not determine the correct teaching ratio or assess a swimmer’s ability on its own.
One parent account, a separate record for each swimmer
Siblings may train at different pools, attend different levels and hold different services. Klunivo’s family model connects their guardian with individual child profiles. Groups, attendance, documents and development stay associated with the appropriate child.
Reception can identify the swimmer concerned before answering a membership question or reviewing a booking. The instructor keeps the lesson and participant context needed for teaching, within the scope of their role.
Connect recruitment with a suitable trial
A new enquiry can retain the group, location and trial context supported by the form. Reception has the next action, and the instructor can see the first-lesson context in their panel. Recording attendance or a no-show supports the follow-up after the trial.
Use this process to help the family reach an appropriate first lesson. An available place alone does not establish that the teaching level is suitable, so the school’s enrolment or assessment procedure remains important.
Keep payment and communication close to the lesson record
Memberships and payments describe the service the swimmer uses. Documents remain associated with the participant and relevant acceptance context. Communication can use the appropriate guardian, group or event audience, with channels dependent on configuration.
For a pool closure or lesson change, update the affected sessions and communicate the confirmed next step. Make the child, date and location clear enough for a parent managing more than one activity.
Support development with a custom progression structure
Klunivo can use a custom progression scheme for swimming levels and skills. There is currently no dedicated swimming template. Attendance, requirements and instructor recommendations can support a readiness review, while the school decides how swimmers move to the next level.
Progression readiness is not a complete examination-management workflow. If you need a separate assessment event, candidate list, fee and results process, verify that requirement explicitly.
Agree the school’s exceptions during setup
Bring examples of a sibling family, an instructor replacement, a full lesson and a requested make-up session to the demo. The make-up policy belongs to the school; check how the intended behaviour will be represented before relying on it.
