How your organisation works

A club with several sections still needs a shared operational picture.

Each section may have its own coach, training pattern and participant groups. When the sections maintain unrelated databases, the club loses track of members who participate in more than one activity.

Klunivo keeps member and family records connected while groups and schedules reflect the way each section trains. Owners, reception and coaches work through views suited to their roles.

Everyday scenarios

How can your team use Klunivo?

These scenarios use existing Klunivo capabilities. They do not assume custom sport-specific modules.

01

Several sections

Connect a member with different groups without duplicating their profile.

02

Shared locations

Plan sessions around actual rooms and coaching resources.

03

Family administration

Keep child participation distinct while simplifying guardian access.

04

Club oversight

Review attendance, renewals and operational reporting across the organisation.

An example from daily operations

From first enquiry to a regular member.

Reception, coaches and the owner meet the same person at different stages. A connected record lets each colleague continue from the previous step.

  1. 01

    Arrange the trial

Match the newcomer to a suitable group and session.

  2. 02

    Welcome them to class

Give the coach the trial context and record attendance.

  3. 03

    Start membership

Connect the chosen plan and documents with the participant.

  4. 04

    Support regular training

Review participation and respond to practical obstacles.

Outcome: The club can follow membership development without keeping separate lists for each stage.
