How your organisation works

Available workstations set the class capacity before enrolment starts.

Beginners and returning learners may need different groups, while computers, robotics kits and teaching rooms limit how many children can join a session. Providers working across several schools also need to coordinate instructors and locations without keeping a separate participant database for every venue.

Klunivo connects groups and sessions with a location, instructor and participant limit. The provider decides that capacity from the actual equipment and teaching format. Each child's registration can then be linked with a guardian, relevant documents and the service covering participation.

Everyday scenarios

How can your team use Klunivo?

These scenarios use existing Klunivo capabilities. They do not assume custom sport-specific modules.

01

Choosing a starting group

Discuss age and previous experience before arranging a trial. Use the outcome to recommend an appropriate programme instead of assigning every newcomer to the same class.

02

Workstation capacity

Set a participant limit that reflects the available computers or robotics kits. Booking availability follows the configured class capacity.

03

Teaching across venues

Assign each session to its instructor and location. Consult the shared record when a family asks which class their child is attending.

04

School-holiday workshops

Use existing family records when registering participants for additional events. Keep documents and administrative contact connected beyond the regular class cycle.

Workflow

From initial setup to regular classes.

Connect participants and classes with the information each staff role needs.

  1. 01

    Define groups and rooms

Set the age or experience structure and capacity for each teaching location. Assign instructors to the recurring timetable.

  2. 02

    Arrange a first class

Capture the parent's enquiry and organise a suitable trial. Record the outcome before agreeing the child's regular programme.

  3. 03

    Prepare course participation

Connect the child with the appropriate service and documents. Give the instructor the correct session list for recording attendance.

  4. 04

    Discuss the next programme

Review participation and payment context before continuation. The instructor decides whether the learner is ready for a more advanced group.

FAQ

Coding and robotics clubs: common questions

Can we limit bookings to the number of computers available?

You can configure a participant limit for a session. The provider chooses it based on equipment and teaching arrangements. This does not imply automatic device inventory or allocation of numbered workstations.

Does Klunivo store code or assess robotics projects?

Klunivo supports enrolment and class operations. Code repositories, programming environments, teaching materials and project assessment remain in the learning tools selected by instructors.

Can siblings attend different coding groups?

Yes. A guardian account can connect separate children with different groups and services. Each child retains their own attendance history.

Can instructors run classes at several schools?

The timetable supports different locations, rooms and assigned instructors. Set up the actual teaching resources and session capacity before opening the relevant bookings.
