Who it's for

Turn industry experience into practical support.

The programme suits people and teams who understand club operations and can take responsibility for the next stage of a customer relationship.

01

Advisers and consultants

People who understand club operations and can identify where better processes would help.

02

Implementation teams

Teams helping organisations prepare data, configure systems and change tools.

03

Industry organisations

Organisations with ongoing relationships with clubs, schools and activity studios.

Working together

From a verified enquiry to an active club.

The workflow includes lead attribution, access checks and activation, with responsibilities visible at each stage.

  1. 01

    Lead and attribution

The partner records the enquiry; the platform independently checks attribution and possible duplicates.

  2. 02

    Conversation, demo and offer

Follow the permitted pipeline stages with tasks and activity history.

  3. 03

    Structured implementation

A successful opportunity moves to configuration tasks and platform verification.

  4. 04

    Owner activation

The owner receives an invitation and confirms the details, subscription and required documents.

  5. 05

    Partner settlement

The portal distinguishes pending, available and paid commission according to the individual agreement.

Partner portal

Tools for sales, implementation and settlement.

Available tools depend on the user’s role and completion of the required documents.

  • Lead handling with history, tasks and stage controls
  • Attribution and potential duplicate checks
  • Implementation tasks with ownership and verification
  • Team roles for ownership, management, sales, implementation and financial visibility
  • Commission accrual and payout status
  • Documents and acceptances required for full operational access

Getting started

Agree the scope and terms before access begins.

The partner organisation, staff roles, documents and commission arrangement are prepared before users are invited. Public registration does not bypass these steps.

  1. 01

Agree the partnership model and responsibilities.

  2. 02

Accept the relevant documents and individual settlement terms.

  3. 03

Receive an invitation with the appropriate role.
