Klunivo counts participant profiles assigned to the club and marked active. This is separate from login counts, staff accounts, instructors or bookings made.

How much does Klunivo cost?
Pricing for Europe outside Poland starts at €59 per month for up to 25 active participants. Higher tiers depend on the number of active people training at the club.
What is an active participant?
A participant profile marked active in Klunivo. The measure is not the number of logins, bookings or staff accounts.
Can we pay monthly or annually?
Both are available. Annual billing is ten monthly rates, about 16.7% below twelve monthly payments.
What happens when our participant count increases?
The club moves to the tier matching its current active-participant count. More than 500 active participants requires an individual quote.
Can our tier change?
The tier can change as the number of active participants changes. The included feature scope remains the same.
Is there a free trial?
New clubs receive a 30-day free trial before choosing monthly or annual billing.
Can we add a club website?
A club website with technical maintenance costs €29 per month in Europe outside Poland, in addition to the CRM subscription. A basic project typically has six to eight pages and the club’s own domain. Larger projects, migrations and changes are quoted individually.
