How your organisation works

A student can have several lesson arrangements within the same school.

A child may take a piano lesson on Monday and join a rhythm group on Wednesday, with different teachers and rooms. The parent still expects the office to understand the whole arrangement when asking about times, payments or the next period of tuition.

Klunivo connects the participant and guardian with the relevant classes and services. Teachers and the office work with the shared schedule. The existing individual-session module can also be reviewed against the school's private-lesson workflow, including how teaching appointments are settled.

Everyday scenarios

How can your team use Klunivo?

These scenarios use existing Klunivo capabilities. They do not assume custom sport-specific modules.

01

Regular private lessons

Connect the student, teacher and location with an agreed appointment. Give the office and teacher the same scheduling context for the next lesson.

02

Tuition and ensemble classes

Keep one participant record when a student also attends a group. Attendance belongs to the actual session, so the history distinguishes different kinds of participation.

03

Family administration

A parent can access each child's services and documents without combining siblings into one student record. Keep communication relevant to the correct family or class.

04

Additional workshops

Organise extra teaching events using existing participant records. Agree the workshop offer, registration and payment arrangements within the school's setup.

Workflow

From initial setup to regular classes.

Connect participants and classes with the information each staff role needs.

  1. 01

    Define the teaching formats

Separate individual tuition and group classes. Identify teachers, rooms, lesson lengths and the access rules associated with each service.

  2. 02

    Connect the student and family

Create the student record and appropriate guardian relationship. Adult learners can use their own account for lesson and service information.

  3. 03

    Coordinate the teaching week

Maintain the shared schedule and record actual participation. Staff can review the relevant session when answering an attendance question.

  4. 04

    Review tuition arrangements

Check service validity, payments and previous sessions before agreeing the next period. Confirm how changes should be handled under the school's policy.

FAQ

Music schools: common questions

Can Klunivo support one-to-one music lessons?

The individual-session module supports appointments with a professional and settlement records. Review a real lesson during the demo, including teacher, room, duration, purchased service and cancellation rules.

Can one student attend both private and group lessons?

Yes. A participant can be connected with different services and groups. The school defines the lesson offer and checks the appropriate payment configuration.

Does it provide music exam records or accreditation?

The documented focus is teaching administration and participant services. Exam-board integrations, certificates, statutory education reporting and a formal academic gradebook are not included in this description.

Are make-up lessons arranged automatically?

Cancellation and make-up policies need to be checked against the school's configuration. Do not assume automatic rescheduling or credit transfers without reviewing the complete workflow.
