Manage merchandise variants and stock
Club products can include images, prices, variants, sizes, SKUs, stock levels and tax information. A shirt model can have several sizes without requiring a separate informal order list for each variant. The purchase stays connected with the relevant account.
The checkout process can reserve stock while payment is in progress. Successful payment updates inventory; failed, cancelled or expired payments can release the reservation. This supports a more consistent view of availability when several members are shopping at the same time.
Keep payment and collection status distinct
Orders can retain gross, net, VAT and tax-rate values. Reception can then manage the practical collection journey: paid, ready to collect and collected. A paid order still needs preparation, while a collected order should no longer appear as waiting to be handed over.
Use the account and order record to answer who bought a particular item and who should collect it. This is particularly helpful for uniforms, club clothing and equipment offered to existing members.
A club shop with collection
The current model focuses on collecting products at the club. It does not provide a complete shipping workflow for delivery addresses, carriers, shipping labels and parcel tracking. If you need a broader fulfilment platform, review that requirement separately from Klunivo’s merchandise and inventory workflow.
