The useful question is which system fits your club’s daily work. Klunivo, WodGuru, eFitness and Fitssey describe overlapping areas such as members, bookings and payments, but those labels do not establish that every workflow behaves the same way.

This article is published by Klunivo. It is a comparison of documented positioning and a practical evaluation method, not an independent hands-on test of every product. The selected official sources were reviewed on 8 September 2026. Features, plans and regional terms can change.

01

What the official pages establish

WodGuru’s feature directory presents bookings, memberships, payments, CRM, reporting, check-in and staff management. It also lists mobile-app and automation offerings. These are useful areas to explore in a demo; the directory alone does not settle the details of a family or grading workflow.

eFitness’s official site presents class reservations, CRM, payments, reporting and marketing functions. It lists a member app and access-control offerings, and addresses both larger clubs and smaller studios. Ask which components and integrations are included in your proposed setup.

Fitssey’s official site focuses on scheduling and booking classes, with offerings for group classes, appointments and workshops. Its public presentation also includes financial and online-content functions. Verify how your membership and teaching model maps to the specific service proposed.

Klunivo’s documented focus connects member and family records with recurring groups, trial enquiries, class operations, payments, communication and progression. Reception, administration and coaches use the shared operational context through their respective roles.

02

Compare concrete behaviour, not a universal winner

Use the same short demo script for each supplier. A parent enrols two children in different groups. One child changes a class, while the other has a membership question. Ask where each record lives and what the parent can do from their account.

Next, arrange a trial in a nearly full session. Ask how the enquiry reaches reception, what the coach sees and how staff record the outcome. Finally, replace a coach for one date without changing the recurring timetable.

Score the completed workflow, the extra configuration and the questions left open. Do not mark a competitor as lacking a feature merely because it was absent from a page you reviewed.

03

Distinguish attendance from physical access

A session register answers who attended a class. A building access system answers a different question and may require hardware or an integration. Treat them as separate requirements when asking for quotes.

Klunivo’s documented session kiosk supports attendance. Do not assume it provides turnstile or RFID building access. Where physical access is essential, ask each supplier to demonstrate the supported hardware, operational exceptions and commercial scope.

04

Compare the full commercial scope

Published prices may use different currencies, billing periods, participant definitions and optional services. Obtain quotes for the same organisation and include payment processing, messaging, onboarding, website services and relevant integrations.

Klunivo’s current pricing page presents the approved EUR subscription tiers for Europe outside Poland. The club website is an additional €29 monthly subscription; the offer in Poland is PLN 100 per month. This article does not convert competitor prices or imply that regional offers apply worldwide.

05

Make the shortlist fit the organisation

A club with recurring junior groups should give family administration substantial weight. A facility whose operation depends on physical access needs a separate hardware review. A studio built around flexible class bookings should test packs, capacity and cancellation rules in detail.

Use the evidence from your own scenarios to decide. Start with the software selection guide, then ask every shortlisted supplier to demonstrate the parts that determine your daily workload.

FAQ

Questions worth answering

Is this an independent product test?

No. Klunivo publishes this article. The comparison uses selected official pages and proposes scenarios for your own evaluation.

Does missing documentation mean a feature is unavailable?

No. Treat it as an unanswered question and ask the supplier to demonstrate the required behaviour.

Which system is best for every club?

There is no supported universal ranking here. Compare your teaching model, staff workflows, integrations and quoted scope.
